Ali Sutton is an artist working primarily in figurative painting and drawing, reimagining fairy tales and mythology as a conduit for navigating and better understanding mental health and the human experience. Sutton grew up in the Bay Area of California and graduated from The Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in Painting. She is the recipient of the John A. Chironna Memorial Scholarship and Florence Leif Award. Recently, she has exhibited with the Bolster Arts Residency at Future Fair and her work was featured in Self-Portraits at SLA Art Space in Chelsea this past spring. Sutton had her debut solo show at KAPOW Gallery in New York City in June 2026.
